A note for grown-ups

A little play. A lot of thought.

For parents, caregivers, and teachers curious about what we’re making. All three apps are unreleased; here’s the approach guiding their development.

Curiosity sets the pace.

We’re building around trying, noticing, and trying again. Pictures, spoken guidance, and forgiving interactions help children explore. Challenge levels are intended to follow a child’s interests and abilities, with room to revisit familiar activities.

We haven’t announced an age range. Playtesting will help us understand who each app serves best before release.

Play stays close to home.

All three apps are designed for offline gameplay, with progress and settings stored on your device. There are no application accounts or automatic cloud progress sync planned. Downloading, updating, purchasing, and restoring a purchase will use Apple’s online services.

Local player profiles let siblings keep their own progress. Human Body’s development build uses a local name and character for each player. Numbers and Space are planned to offer optional avatar profiles and immediate play with a default player.

A clear plan for free play.

Human Body

Introductory levels in each game, free to replay as often as they like. A one-time purchase is planned to unlock the remaining levels.

Numbers & Space

Each app is planned to include an unlimited free-play mode. A one-time purchase per app unlocks its other games and every challenge level.

Each unlock will cover all local player profiles in that app. We plan no ads, subscriptions, or separate purchases for individual activities. Prices and the final free selection will be decided before release.

Grown-up decisions belong with grown-ups.

Purchases, purchase restoration, and outbound links belong in an adult area behind a parental gate. We don’t want a child’s next step in a game to be a request to buy something.

Human Body has playable development activities. Numbers and Space are still being planned. Website concept illustrations show the subjects and atmosphere, not finished gameplay.
